Pick Ups - Delivery - Returns
Pick Up Policy
Orders may be picked up 3 days before the homecoming date. In some instances orders will be ready prior to that, and arrangements can be made to pick them up early. Rush oders (ordered less than 7 days prior to homecoming), may be picked up later.
Delivery Policy
If delivery is needed, please contact me prior to ordering to discuss.
Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of the items, returns are not accepted. However, if you are unhappy, we will make every effort to correct the issues and make sure you are satisfied.
